Exceptional and honest customer service with quality and fairly priced repairs. We have taken two cars here for repair at the recommendation of a local Chrysler dealer. Both repairs started with a thorough discussion of the problem and their opinion to correct it. We dealt with Mike who was helpful and understanding. He was patient and took into consideration the age and our use of the vehicles. Both repairs were well priced. Mike really shined with his follow up calls when a part was delayed and he needed more time to investigate. He apologized and was genuine in his efforts and assistance. He also was able to repair work that another mechanic improperly installed. Ryan who worked the desk and handled calls, was so helpful and personable. She was aware of our vehicle status and was able to facilitate information to the mechanics. A quality, honest and well priced location for auto repair and tires.

Very nice people, I would definitely recommend this Auto Repair shop. They worked on my 23 year old Betsy..my car they have her purring like a kitten! I like the fact that they kept me informed on what was wrong and what work needed to be done ahead of doing with my approval.
