The appointment form
When you request an appointment, we receive your name, phone number, email if you give one, your vehicle, what you tell us about it, and the times you pick. We use them only to schedule your visit and contact you about it. The request is emailed to the shop and kept in the shop’s private dashboard for about 18 months, then deleted.
Who else handles it
We don’t sell or share your details. The companies that run this website for us process them on our behalf: Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores the requests, and Resend delivers the email to the shop.
Cookies and maps
The public pages of this site set no cookies and use no analytics. The Google map on our home and contact pages is loaded from Google and covered by Google’s own privacy policy.
